Mission:

Our Development Analyst will design, implement and monitor training programs, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills to achieve the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Integration (Onboarding): Conduct the integration process of new employees, ensuring alignment with the organization's standards and values;
  • Employee Follow-up: Monitor employees during their probationary period, providing support and necessary alignments;
  • Individual Development Plan (PDI): Contribute to the development and monitoring of PDI's;
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and suggest aligned capacity-building actions;
  • Schedules and Records: Organize schedules, monitor indicators and keep updated records related to training;
  • Logistics of Training: Organize the logistics of training (registrations, invitations, rooms, materials, certificates);
  • Partners and Suppliers: Manage partners and suppliers of training;
  • Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews, analyzing information to propose improvements in internal processes;
  • Support to Initiatives: Support endomarketing initiatives;
  • Corporate Culture: Collaborate on actions aimed at improving the organizational climate, engagement and strengthening corporate culture;
  • Records in the System: Maintain up-to-date records in the training management system.
