Brazil FX Business Development Manager Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with expertise in Brazilian markets and fluency in Portuguese and English to drive client acquisition, build partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create business development plans that align with regional goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities and tailor value propositions to suit partner requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Establish strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies for partner acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare performance reports.
  • Communicate results and forecasts to regional leadership.
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent Portuguese speaker (C1 level) with strong communication skills; also proficient in English (B2 level).
  • At least two years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in digital finance or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing partner networks, affiliates, or commercial relationships in emerging markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics and process optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
