The Cruise Consultant - Sales will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by promoting and selling customized cruise products to meet the traveller's needs and desires.
About the Role:- To build lasting relationships with customers, offer high-quality consultative services, and ensure each interaction is unique and personalized.
- Act as a specialist, providing guidance on destinations, itineraries, packages, and cruise promotions.
- To conduct consultative sales, offer MSC Cruises vacation packages to direct customers, using effective sales techniques and in-depth product knowledge.
- Maintain contact with customers to provide an exceptional experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- To meet targets and KPIs, achieve monthly and annual sales goals and other defined performance indicators.
- Excellent communication skills: Proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese. Additional languages will be beneficial.
- A degree in Tourism or related fields will be advantageous.
- Technical expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Sales success: Proven track record of sales achievement and ability to meet goals under pressure.
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and dynamically.
- Data analysis: Ability to manage metrics and indicators to improve performance.
