Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Development Specialist to join our team at AXA XL Reinsurance Business Unit. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting the Global HR Business Partners with various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Global HR Business Partners with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including data management, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Partner with the Human Resources Advisor, Reinsurance to manage processes such as headcount management, ensuring data accuracy and sharing with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the Reinsurance HR team by analyzing data, gathering information, and preparing reports as required.
  • Prepare data for annual HR processes, including Performance & Development, Year-end Compensation, Talent Reviews, succession planning, and promotions.
  • Complete administrative forms and templates on behalf of HRBPs.
  • Act as a point of contact with local HR Operations team and managers as needed.
  • Be a super user of MyHR and subject matter expert for all HR systems, maintaining HR records and providing fit-for-purpose reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
  • Previous professional experience preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with ability to prioritize multiple streams of work.
  • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer focus, team player, and process-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to organization needs.
