Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Leader to drive innovation and operational excellence in our end-user services. This strategic role will oversee the rollout of cutting-edge digital workplace technologies, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity across multiple geographies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading IT services organizations, preferably with 15+ years of experience managing global teams. Strong understanding of Nexthink capabilities and a history of delivering solutions that improve end-user experience through analytics and automation are essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead End-User Services: Oversee the implementation of digital workplace strategies, focusing on innovation, standardization, and end-user productivity.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Develop and execute processes to ensure exceptional end-user satisfaction, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Manage Global Teams: Effectively lead distributed teams across multiple time zones, fostering a high-performing culture through coaching, trust, and accountability.
  • Partner with Senior Leadership: Collaborate with executives globally to align IT initiatives with business objectives, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree: Required; ITIL certification preferred.
  • Proven Experience: 15+ years of leadership experience in IT services organizations, preferably in a global setting.
  • Nexthink Expertise: Strong understanding of Nexthink capabilities and a track record of delivering solutions that improve end-user experience.
  • Executive Presence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Global Standardization: Proven success in implementing standardized processes and systems across multiple geographies.
