Job Title: Clinical Project Coordinator

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain project documentation according to SOPs and GCP principles.\
  • Coordinate and track all project-related information, communications, documents, materials, and supplies.\
  • Update and maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with project-specific information.\
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies in project tracking data and financial figures.\
  • Prepare and distribute status, tracking, and project finance reports.\
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless project execution.\
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.\
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, goals, and objectives.\
  • Provide support to project managers and team members as needed.\\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field preferred.\
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.\
  • Previous experience managing eCOAs or other electronic data capture software beneficial.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Results-oriented and detail-focused approach to work delivery.\\
