Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support to users via telephone or email, without restrictions on business rules and structures.
  • Support users during on-call periods.
  • Escalate critical problems to the Support Manager for resolution after prior analysis.
  • Perform systems maintenance, including checking inconsistencies in information, resolving customer network issues, creating scripts, and implementing contingency routines.
  • Document procedures performed by the support team.
  • Maintain local and remote servers, planning and mitigating risks involved in the activity.
  • Administer and perform database maintenance on customer systems.
  • Continuously improve operation and maintenance processes.
  • Provide technical assistance to support and development activities.
  • Train new team members and provide technical support to the on-call team.
  • Analyze complex problems related to Networks, Operating System, or Database and propose solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience supporting software users.
  • Experience with SQL, Linux/Unix.
  • Familiarity with Shell Scripting.
  • Troubleshooting experience with log reading and Wireshark.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle and Postgres.
  • Experience with SIP, E1 Signaling, MGW Audiocodes configuration.
  • Knowledge of YAML.
  • Experience with Python.
