Technical Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and maintaining large-scale products, with expertise in both backend and frontend development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex end-to-end systems, as well as collaborating with the Platform team to provide universal architecture and experience across our products.
About the Role- This is a key role that requires strategic thinking, high-pace environment adaptability, ownership of product decisions, and experience building and scaling complex engineering systems.
- Experience: You've played a crucial role in building and maintaining large-scale products and have worked on both backend and frontend.
- Systems thinking: You think at a high level about end-to-end systems involving multiple products and third-party services.
- Speed: You work quickly to generate ideas and options and know how to decide what can ship now and what needs time.
- Focus: You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a busy, remote team.
- Collaboration: You can inspire, negotiate, and collaborate with designers, marketers, and PMs.
- Tech Stack: NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript (must); Java, Go, Python (nice to have).
