As a member of our team, you will:

  • Support users via telephone or email for all systems, without any restrictions.
  • Assist users during on-call periods.
  • Forward critical issues to the Support Manager for resolution.
  • Perform system maintenance, including checking information inconsistencies, customer network problems, creating scripts, and jobs to work around issues.
  • Document support procedures.
  • Maintain local and remote servers, planning and mitigating risks involved.
  • Administer database maintenance on customer systems.
  • Improve operation and maintenance processes.
  • Provide technical assistance to support and development activities.
  • Train new team members and assist the on-call team.
  • Analyze complex problems related to IT areas: Networks, Operating Systems, or Databases.
  • Report problems that exceed problem resolution deadlines to the Support Manager.

To accomplish this mission, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience supporting software users.
  • Experience with SQL, Linux/Unix.
  • Basic knowledge of Shell Script.
  • Troubleshooting experience with log reading and Wireshark.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose.

The following skills are beneficial:

  • Experience with Oracle and Postgres.
  • Experience with SIP, E1 Signaling, MGW Audiocodes configuration.
  • Experience with YAML.
  • Experience with Python.
