About the Role:- Develop relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and smart home stores to increase product visibility
- Negotiate stock-in, promotional operations, and product referencing to drive sales growth
- Maintain customer relationships, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to exceed expectations
- Regularly visit stores to enhance product placement and user experience
- Analyze market trends and provide insightful suggestions for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans
Requirements:
- Completion of commercial training and Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT equipment, smart home, or home security industry
- Proficiency in English with preference for Chinese; excellent business communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in multicultural environments
- Comfortable with numbers, able to calculate margins, and analyze financial data
- Proven negotiation and sales skills
- Able to work effectively in fast-paced, multitasking environments
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel, PPT, and related tools
