Elevate your sales career by driving growth in the Brazilian market for a leading global smart home brand.

As a sales manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including smart home stores, wholesalers, and retailers. Your primary goal will be to increase sales by negotiating product placements, managing inventory levels, and executing promotional operations.

You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing support to help them grow their business.

To achieve this, you will regularly visit offline stores to understand our product situation and improve product visibility and user experience. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, including technologies, products, prices, and strategies, to provide corresponding suggestions.

Your success will depend on your ability to set and execute effective sales plans, manage stress in a fast-paced environment, and work collaboratively within a multicultural team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Highly motivated individual with significant commercial training and a Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 2 years of verifiable experience in the IT equipment, smart home, or home security industry, preferably with experience in Consumer Electronics and Retail channels.
  • Strong business communication skills, particularly in English.
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PPT, and related tools.
