Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop project plans, oversee implementation, and ensure quality of work, meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs within the region, promoting sustainability and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure and track operational performance, making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with regional directors, facility managers, and cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with organizational objectives and priorities.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and building strong relationships, fostering trust and cooperation.
