Production Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inspecting and weighing materials
  • Tamboring poly materials
  • Selecting and choosing materials
  • Maintaining the integrity of all materials
  • Inspecting sub-lots of products, following the quality control plan and documentation
  • Separating and identifying non-conforming materials for quality analysis
  • Conducting process audits (Escalonada, TPM)
  • Maintaining a 5S environment in the production area
  • Providing materials for storage
  • Cleaning and centrifuging materials
  • Assembling sub-assemblies and rebitadeiras
  • Packing cartons of products
  • Operating machines for short periods (temporary replacement of the machine operator)
  • Completing documentation for all quality-related procedures
  • Lubricating machines

Additional Duties:

You will also be responsible for executing all services related to the production area, excluding machine preparation or tool preparation.
