Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Administration Senior Analyst to join our team at Lubrizol Corporation. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing support for assigned cases and inquiries for our Talent Administration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with employees and managers to provide specialized support and resolve issues and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work within established policies, procedures, and performance criteria for delivering services in line with our Leveraged Services Model and established Service Level Agreements.
- Partner with our LS Team Lead and Center of Excellence to resolve issues that require escalation, such as vendor performance and specialized requests.
- Maintain and update as needed our HR Knowledge Base and FAQs.
- Identify and make recommendations for continuous improvements for cost, quality, and timeliness of processes.
- Integrate with our Centers of Excellence and site resources in talent administration work, including recruiting and staffing, requisition creation, and vendor invoicing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field.
- Language proficiency in English (required) and Spanish (desired).
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
- Experience working in a shared services/customer service environment.
- High orientation and experience with HR systems and processes.
- Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion.
- Committed to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrates attention to detail.
- Customer service oriented.
