Our team is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead a high-performing sales team in driving revenue growth in the Middle Market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of Account Executives, participating in client and prospect meetings, and working collaboratively with extended teams to achieve corporate objectives.

  • Attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent
  • Supporting direct reports by participating in client and prospect meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
  • Developing the Emerging Small Business sales team through ongoing training and mentorship
  • Conducting weekly forecast meetings to coach direct reports on strategies to drive closure
  • Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
  • Monitoring and tracking the sales activity of the team

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive software sales experience in individual contributor and management roles
  • Proven record of sales success in similar enterprise software application environments
  • Successful track record in high-volume transaction sales environments
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Capacity to coach and develop talents
