Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive and reactive support to customers, partners, and internal teams by addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounts, documents, billing, and access to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Manage communications with customers across phone, chat, sales force tools, and issue tracking systems to provide comprehensive support.
- Utilize proprietary systems to resolve queries and track customer issues efficiently.
- Identify areas for improvement and advocate for enhancements that positively impact the customer experience.
- Promote products and services through consultative support conversations to educate customers on available options.
- Meet or exceed service level targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Serve as a customer advocate by gathering insights and patterns from customer interactions to inform internal stakeholders.
