Software Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced software engineering leader to drive innovation and excellence in our digital products.

  • This role requires at least 5 years of experience in building digital products, with a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Candidates should have expertise in mobile app development (Android, iOS, or React Native) and/or web development technologies (React, Next, Angular, Vue, Node,.NET, Java).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile techniques, pairing, mobbing, and shift-left testing is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to simplify and communicate complex problems around technology, business processes, user experience, and development tasks.
  • Fluent English skills - written, verbal, and presentation - are required.

Bonus points for:

  • Professional experience as a Project or Product Manager and Scrum Master from a major technology consultancy or agency.
  • Able to guide clients in adopting modern engineering practices or agile software delivery processes.
  • Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, PMP, SA, SPC, etc., are highly valued.
