Contract Support Specialist

This is a critical role within the contracts team, responsible for supporting the drafting and analysis of contracts or other documents with legal or commercial content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial and corporate law, as well as advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
The successful candidate will work closely with the contracts team to draft, review, negotiate, and implement contracts, amendments, and terminations. They will also conduct research in case law and doctrine to prepare legal opinions or answers to consultations by the business.
Key responsibilities include:
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, amendments, and terminations
• Conducting research in case law and doctrine
• Supporting the management of the Contract Lifecycle Management - CLM tool
• Assisting with the implementation of contract standardization initiatives
• Participating in global law department activities to gain knowledge and learn best practices with other regions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law required
- Strong understanding of commercial and corporate law
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
