We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Visit potential and existing customers to assess satisfaction, identify sales opportunities, and present product and service differentiators.
- Prospect new customers and business opportunities in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Support and prepare commercial proposals to align with customer needs and company guidelines.
- Monitor proposals and conduct follow-ups via CRM systems to drive conversions.
- Negotiate commercial and technical conditions within authorized parameters to achieve optimal results.
- Provide technical support in after-sales and warranty cases.
- Train customer teams to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- A degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
