About the RoleAs National Sales Manager, you will lead and develop our national sales team to drive commercial strategy execution and foster a high-performance culture. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, building strong customer relationships, and promoting innovation within the team.
- Lead and Develop the Team: Oversee the growth and development of the national sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve targets.
- Commercial Strategy Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial strategies that meet business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A higher education degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Physiotherapy, or related fields.
- An MBA in Business Management or Leadership.
- A strong analytical profile with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strategic vision and the ability to think critically.
- Experience managing high-performance teams and driving business results.
- A focus on innovation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
