We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead our presence and engagement initiatives within the local market.

This role is crucial in building and nurturing strong relationships with key organizations, particularly shopping malls and local businesses, to drive brand visibility and support our strategic objectives.

  • Strategic Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with external organizations, including shopping malls, local businesses, industry associations, and community groups.
    • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities that align with our regional goals and brand values.
  • Event Planning & Execution:
    • Design and plan diverse events, activations, and promotional projects, often in collaboration with other partners.
    • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, staffing, permits, and materials.
    • Ensure all events deliver an exceptional experience for attendees and partners.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, such as setting up stands, events, or joint marketing campaigns with shopping malls/industry associations.
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all events and partnerships, providing comprehensive post-event reports and insights.
    • Utilize data to evaluate initiative success and inform future strategy development.

Frequent local travel will be required to attend meetings and oversee event execution.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.

5 years of proven experience in event management, community relations, and/or partnership development, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or a fast-paced environment.

Strong track record of building and nurturing successful relationships with diverse organizations and stakeholders.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Fluency in Portuguese.

Willingness and ability to travel locally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the e-commerce or fashion retail industry.

Familiarity with the regional market landscape, including key shopping centers and local organizations.

Experience presenting to large groups or external partners.

Fluency in Mandarin and/or English.
