About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a key position as Customer Success Manager. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients in Latin America.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product adoption to help customers achieve their business goals and realize value through success planning.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of your customers' businesses by conducting regular health checks.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within each account through education, coaching, and effective communication skills.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our clients, providing expert guidance on how to maximize the value from our platform.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns that align with their engagement and revenue objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics, sharing your expertise with our clients to inform their decision-making.
  • Ensure our clients receive the most value from our platform by leveraging its full range of features and functionality.
  • Serve as a liaison between our clients and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, providing reassurance and support when needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
  • A solid technical foundation and basic understanding of SaaS platforms, mobile technologies, and digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and data analytics tools is essential.
