Results-Driven Architect Sought

We are on the hunt for an architect with a proven track record in delivering high-value construction projects.

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless architectural coordination from tender through construction. Your strong leadership skills and ability to interpret technical documentation will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent and at least 8 years of experience in the field, including 3-5 years in a Senior Architect role with a main contractor. Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tender and IFC models and documentation per ISO19650 standards.
  • Cordinate design conflicts and resolution via RFIs, CVIs, and design workshops.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and support subcontractor design alignment.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, submittal schedules, and QA/QC procedures.
  • Evaluate and ensure timely document submissions and shop drawing updates.
  • Review subcontractor/shop drawings for compliance with project specifications.
  • Liaise with planning teams to keep design timelines in sync with project progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • 8–10 years of experience, including 3–5 years in a Senior Architect role with a main contractor.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office.
  • Solid understanding of large-scale building projects.
  • Ability to interpret, review, and coordinate technical construction documentation.
  • Familiarity with ISO19650 BIM standards is a strong advantage.
