**About the Opportunity**


We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Total Rewards Intelligence & Operations team as a Business Process Intern. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations, develop valuable skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Benefits Programs: Assist in managing employee benefits programs throughout Latin America, with a focus on Brazil.
  • Handling Employee Queries: Review and respond to questions and requests from employees and managers in a timely manner.
  • Assisting on Special Projects: Participate in research, data analysis, or the implementation of new initiatives as needed.
  • Improving Processes: Identify opportunities for process standardization and improvement, streamlining tasks, and automating routine activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of two years remaining until graduation.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
  • Positive and Eager-to-Learn Attitude.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS-Office package, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to deal with numbers and mathematical calculations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Oriented to results.
  • Sense of urgency.
