We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to improve product knowledge, customer experience, and soft skills.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure quality metrics are properly analyzed and quality targets are reached.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to trainers to help them develop their skills and achieve their individual targets.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure alignment of strategies, messaging, and goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in training or a similar role, with previous experience in Quality required.
- Strong understanding of customer experience processes and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Previous experience with team management.
- Advanced English required.
