Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs for our software product suite and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain technical training programs for internal and external personnel
  • Assess training needs and certification requirements
  • Deploy training to targeted personnel, including internal technical teams
  • Prepare training materials and classroom agendas
  • Provide end-user training for clients
  • Conduct presentations and webinars
  • Create instructor materials, including course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids
  • Assist in the design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum
  • Enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills
  • Mentor other instructors in subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout the course life cycle
  • Test processes with different subjects
  • Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical training experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Computer Science, or related field
  • Presentation skills
  • Thorough understanding of the English language and its proper use
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize
  • Microsoft Office skills
