Key Role Responsibilities:
  • Identify relevant business insights and apply them across partner ecosystems to drive mutual value creation.
  • Support partnership relationships by facilitating cross-functional collaboration, executing joint business plans, and coordinating executive engagement and briefings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and inform the closure of strategic agreements, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partners' cross-functional activities and opportunities in support of executive sponsor relationships with CEOs.

This is a full-time position requiring 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is necessary, along with fluency in English and Portuguese.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing partnerships, working independently, identifying business opportunities, structuring agreements, and discussing terms with strategic partners. They should also possess excellent communication and influencing skills.
