This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art technology center in Brazil, as part of a multinational organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive support and assistance for corporate systems, including ticket creation, analysis, and follow-up;
- Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root cause of incidents;
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Development teams to ensure seamless problem resolution;
- Maintain open communication with users and participate in critical meetings when necessary;
- Generate operational reports with weekly and monthly performance indicators;
- Participate in a collaborative environment integrated with international teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting applications developed in .NET, hosted on IIS, with MS SQL Server databases;
- Autonomy to perform root cause analysis, SQL queries, and REST API validations;
- Experience with ITSM tools and a strong understanding of support processes (Incidents, Requests, SLA, Problems, etc.);
- Ability to handle high-priority tickets and participate in crisis meetings (war rooms).
