Quality Assurance/Control Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our project teams in delivering high-quality construction projects on schedule.

About the Role:

  • Candidate will be responsible for coordinating and performing quality assurance and control activities, including inspections, tests, and closeout requirements.
  • Evaluate all project contract documents and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to identify and report defects and ensure subcontractor compliance with Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Prepare and manage inspection schedules aligned with the project timeline.
  • Perform work and material inspections, ensuring rejected materials are quarantined and removed.
  • Collaborate with execution teams to implement corrective actions and conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances.
  • Monitor Fire & Life Safety installations and ensure compliance with authority regulations.
  • Track project deliverables, inspection approvals, and quality KPIs using analytical tools.
  • Support snagging, project closeout, and defect liability period (DLP) activities.
  • Maintain daily site diaries and QA/QC documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a QC Engineer in construction environments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and quality control standards.
  • Experience with project closeout procedures and defect management.
  • Familiarity with MEP works is advantageous.
  • Analytical skills and experience with data management and basic data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools is a plus.
