- Conduct consultative sales to understand client needs and realities.
- Lead a growing team of 35+, owning Brazilian metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, Gross Margin).
- Define R&D development roadmap for Brazil in collaboration with the product team.
- Lead the GTM team (Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Customer Support).
- Report directly to the CEO, defining Toku Brazil's strategy.
- Serve as senior leader in the Brazilian office, responsible for hiring and shaping company culture.
- You have experience in consultative sales and leadership roles.
- You possess strong analytical skills and can interpret complex data.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are fluent in Portuguese and English.
- You have experience working in Brazil or Latin America.
