Customer Service Representative Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate responses to customer requests that require customized solutions
  • Handle standardized products with pre-defined options
  • Contribute to the development of predefined contracts and framework of conditions and prices
  • Manage targeted client relationships
  • Discuss sales strategies with managers
  • Lead a department of medium-large personnel costs
  • Operate in low - medium - region size, stable region, established market presence
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Ability to work at our office twice a week
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills (written and spoken)
