Job Title: Digital Product Ops Manager">

Develop your career with our dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about payments and innovation. As a Digital Product Ops Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding and certifying new and existing customers to our payment products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Performing certification projects related to the certification of authorisation and financial settlement messages that support new and existing payment products.
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with multiple internal customers to ensure a proactive understanding of the certification and deployment process.
    • Collaborating with internal partners without authority to influence outcomes.
    • Supporting and providing consultancy to external customers about our certification processes and tools.
    • Supporting the upgrade of our tools, processes, and documentation whenever changes are required by regulation, new product launches, or developments in the industry.
    • Ensuring efficient process controls and governance.
  • Requirements:
    • Knowledge of payment/card industry technology.
    • Preferred knowledge of American Express Network products, Authorisations/Submission processing, validation, and connectivity methods.
    • Ability to understand Payments-related Authorisation & Settlements specifications and use this knowledge to validate test results.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret trends and assist in resolving issues.
    • Positive relationship management and collaboration skills to influence without authority, both internally and externally, across multiple international territories, and with different cultural considerations.
    • Flexibility and resilience to operate within a fast-paced and dynamic environment and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with external business partners and internal teams.
    • Self-motivated, with a growth mindset, and results-driven oriented.
