Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in driving the expansion of our small and medium-sized business segment by developing and executing strategies to recruit, empower, and grow key partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop channel partner recruitment and sales action plans to boost sales volume across all verticals within our portfolio
  • Provide training and education on sales, marketing, customer service, products, markets, ordering procedures, etc.
  • Offer business and sales support to channel partners
  • Manage deal registration and sales pipeline in collaboration with internal sales leadership and channel partner sales leadership
  • Continuously coach partner sales teams
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing strategic channel partner relationships
  • Experience working with managed services channel partners is advantageous
  • Ability to travel for at least 50% of the time
