Job Title: Therapist

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mental health assessments for clients within 48 hours of referral.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions.
  • Communicate with families, schools, payors, referral sources, and other providers to ensure satisfaction with services, continuity of care, and promote quality client care.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling or related field.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Previous experience working with children/adolescents and families in an outpatient setting or similar level of care.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Pass required background clearances and screenings (FBI, Child Abuse, Criminal, Driving, etc.).

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range $32-$34/hour (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) or $28-$30/hour (unlicensed).
  • Stay bonus: $2,000 received in three increments.
