About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our Driver Access and Growth strategy in Brazil. This key position will work closely with executive leadership to set strategic direction, drive analysis, and implement operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing operations team to define and execute the Driver Access and Growth strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute processes and strategies that support marketplace balance.
  • Maintain a robust onboarding funnel with integrations and data validation, alongside a cohesive KYC process.
  • Manage onboarding requirements while maximizing conversion throughput.
  • Deploy new technological solutions to prevent tampering and maintain funnel integrity.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to increase future active drivers.
  • Maximize driver delivery and hours on the platform, as well as product utilization.
  • Balance city growth using acquisition tools to control registrations and direct growth to areas of need.
Requirements
  • Education: We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience: 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in similar industries.
  • Data-Driven Mentality: Guide teams through strategic decision-making based on data analysis and interpretation. Strong SQL proficiency is required.
  • Communication: English fluency is essential for interpreting and communicating data to various audiences.
  • People Management Experience: Promote a team environment where individuals can contribute freely and express themselves.
  • Executional Excellence: Strongly lead and prioritize complex operations that require collaboration with peers and other teams.
  • Planning & Organization: Efficiently lead and implement high-risk initiatives and delegate tasks across team members.
