Job Description

This role involves leading poultry vaccine platforms in the LATAM and Africa regions, driving strategic marketing and technical support.

The Regional Technical Service Manager focuses on Latin America & Africa and operates within the marketing department. The position is responsible for the marketing, technical, and scientific support of the regional marketing and sales teams regarding our global poultry vaccine platforms.

The manager will contribute to strategically drive and support Kemin's vaccine business across the globe by leveraging and scaling the local Kemin expertise and insights on a global scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead our poultry vaccine platforms in the LATAM and Africa regions.
  • Drive strategic marketing and technical support for our poultry vaccine platforms.
  • Develop market strategies for LATAM and Africa and provide a strategy to maintain or reach the top 10 players in key market segments.
  • Design and implement a 'Go-to-Market' strategy at a regional level for LATAM and Africa.
  • Oversee brand life cycles from a strategic planning perspective and work on renovation or innovation to extend product life cycle.
  • Actively publish relevant regional field issues and customer challenges in poultry health into solutions to support local sales, technical, and marketing teams and ultimately customers.
Required Skills
  • University degree in Veterinary Medicine, ideally with a specialization in poultry health.
  • Field experience managing poultry health status, preferably with experience in the LATAM and/or Africa markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an understanding of customer needs in diverse cultural contexts.
  • Excellent writing skills (English) and the ability to provide adequate synthesis.
  • A high degree of personal motivation and a desire to make an immediate contribution.
