We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineering Delivery Manager with 3+ years of experience to connect prospective clients and internal teams. This role requires strong knowledge of business strategy, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement
- Assemble the sales support engineering team, aligning them on preliminary information following internal procedures.
- Lead technical discovery calls, demonstrating outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Guide discussions and identify project feasibility using in-depth knowledge of SDLC from ideation to market release.
- Use consultative questioning techniques to uncover client pain points and business objectives.
- Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation
- Develop dynamic presentation decks and engagement proposals that clearly articulate service offerings, project scope, and value propositions.
- Customize deliverables to reflect client-specific challenges and opportunities uncovered during discovery meetings.
- Team Buildout and Project Kickoff
- Coordinate among sales, recruiting, and engineering teams to ensure smooth hand-offs from initial engagement through team buildout to project kick-off.
- Maintain fluid communication and alignment across functions to drive successful client onboarding.
- 3+ years of experience in similar sales & delivery management roles.
- Exceptional communication and soft skills, including outstanding interpersonal skills and strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and design thinking, enabling effective discussion of digital product experiences.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex information and recommend actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple departments and manage internal communications.
- Prior experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles, ideally within a digital software consultancy or similar environment.
