Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our Market Solutions team in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and products, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and quality technical services to PO & ETP customers in the region.
- Secure optimal technical support to customers, including handling of technical complaints and providing swift resolution.
- Use common processes and decision criteria to execute on SABIC Petrochemicals strategic priorities, develop/maintain key customers in the South America (SAM) Region.
- Work with the broader MDTM team to understand market, application needs, and developments, as well as build strong relationships with customers.
- Collaborate interdependently and align with global MDTM peers to streamline quality notification processes, optimize global resource utilization, and define/execute common business processes and objectives.
- Help generate data to support marketing collateral, brochures to promote SABIC resins.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Advanced degree in Engineering/Science, preferably in Polymer/Materials Science or related field.
- 5-10 years of customer-facing experience, with a strong understanding of complaint resolution process, product qualifications, and technical specifications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including technical writing.
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced English language skills.
