Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Case Manager to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our HR Services team, you will be responsible for managing cases across multiple organizations, working closely with HR Services and CoE programs to develop and implement end-to-end workflows, and ensuring the management of regional processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee record databases, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies or issues in data administration.
  • Troubleshoot and report issues or risks related to data integrity, security, and privacy, recommending fixes and working with team members to identify relevant factors.
  • Review performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement, sharing input and suggestions with managers.
  • Participate in the implementation of new policies or processes, sharing input and suggestions based on employee feedback.
  • Review documents and reports related to employee records, verifying accuracy and participating in information-gathering sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Document and update processes, desk-top procedures, and knowledge-based content as requested, providing input for change on knowledge base content.
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials on how to use Human Resources shared services, platforms, and tools for employees and managers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and 2+ years work experience in HR operations, HR, or related field.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese language skills.
