**A Day in the Life**

As a Regional HR Service Management Specialist at Siemens Energy, you will work closely with the Regional HR Services Lead to deliver local HR administrative tasks within your regional scope. You will collaborate with colleagues from other regions and globally, ensuring the ownership of operations performance of HR Services, maintaining fit-for-purpose processes, and governing end-to-end delivery. You will also drive HR transformation initiatives within your country/region responsibilities, reviewing and implementing harmonized and standard processes, working closely with counterparts in Payroll, local HR, HR systems, and external vendors/customers.

**Your Impact**

  • You will work alongside the Regional HR Services Lead to ensure efficient and effective HR Services delivery through an ecosystem of providers, supporting employee life cycle, employee inquiries, people and organizational data management, and more.
  • Responsible for the operational delivery of HR administrative tasks.
  • Support leading change initiatives in your area of responsibility.
  • Build and strengthen process know-how to future-proof the organization.
  • Support other HR IT/Business Process initiatives, supplying regional or topic expertise and aspects, playing a key role in the rollout in assigned countries.
  • Work closely and support the service management of business process outsourcing service providers, ensuring quality gates, while playing a key role in deficiency resolution.

**What We're Looking For**

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on human resources or comparable know-how/experience.
  • Professional experience in HR Services/Business Processes, including shared services/HR BPO outsourcing operations, HR Administration, Payroll, HR query management (Service Desk) (4-6 years).
  • Experience in supporting the management/service management of an ecosystem of partners/vendors in HR Services.
  • English and Portuguese at professional working proficiency level.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Analytical skills and fact-based decision ability, self-directed with an ability to organize, plan, prioritize.
  • Outstanding communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated to drive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor and through others, and ability to thrive in a global environment, working flexibly where required.
  • Workday HCM, ServiceNow, SAP desirable.
