We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst Team Lead Manager to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing seamless customer experiences across the globe.
In this role, you will become a product expert, ensuring customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries. Your exceptional analytical and research skills will enable you to troubleshoot complex issues and provide informed documentation updates.
Key Responsibilities- Becoming a product expert and providing high-quality documentation updates
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution
- Communicating with developers from various IT companies to drive resolution and improvements
- Fluent German speaker with strong B2 English language skills
- Analytical and research skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems, technical background, and international exchange programs participation is a plus
- Flexible or fixed schedule
- Possibility to work remotely

This Contract position is for 12 months, with a salary range of R$10,000.00 - R$11,000.00 per month. You must be able to commute or relocate to Brasília, DF before starting work.
