We are seeking an experienced professional to drive organizational excellence, talent development, and strategic partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizational Design: Collaborate with business leaders to create an efficient organizational structure, ensuring alignment of goals within the management team. Regularly conduct diagnostics to identify key issues and challenges, and implement solutions.
- Talent Development: Utilize review, development, and facilitation methods to focus on recruitment, training, and advancement of key talents. Provide strong talent pipeline support and help build succession plans for departments.
- Culture Implementation: Drive the implementation and promotion of corporate culture and values within the department. Organize employee engagement activities to communicate company philosophy and values, strengthening team cohesion and morale.
- Strategic Partnership: Gain a deep understanding of the business strategy. Participate in strategy formulation and execution, developing tailored HR plans to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience; international team experience is preferred.
- Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate efficiently with international teams.
- Strong logical thinking, learning ability, solid HR fundamentals, self-driven, curious, and able to work under pressure.
