Aseptic Equipment Specialist

Sidel is looking for a skilled machine mechanic that performs equipment installation, start-up, commissioning, and testing at customer sites. The ideal candidate must be able to provide technical assistance during and after the warranty period, conduct trainings, and offer other after-sales services for installed equipment.
Job Responsibilities- Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plants, adhering to technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
- Check and parametrize instruments as necessary for cleaning, sterilization, and production phases.
- Verify and set parameters and recipes for correct cleaning and sterilization cycles, ensuring the Combi is ready for production.
- Collaborate with Site Managers, Aseptic Field Coordinators, and customers to organize Filler and/or Blower progress.
- Perform alarm checks with Process Authorities and customers.
- Conduct Aseptic validation with Process Authorities and customers.
- Validate caps and bottles with Process Authorities and customers.
- Generate tickets to track equipment non-conformities.
- Prepare job progress charts and technical reports on completed activities.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure Sidel and customer coordination plans are followed.
- Report any sales opportunities detected on customer sites to management.
- Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Verify equipment safeties and protections are in place and functional.
- Communicate with Installation Site Managers and Aseptic Field Coordinators regarding team site activities.
