We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operations team in Argentina. The role requires strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the operational strategy for the Argentinean marketplace, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Drive operational excellence across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and drive growth.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or consulting.
- 1+ years of direct people management experience.
- Critical thinking and analytical rigor, with experience dealing with data and scaling processes.
- Strong Excel skills; other database experience is helpful.
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth or tech environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex projects to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, a talent for leadership, and a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
