Leading LATAM Relations Team

We are seeking a seasoned professional to co-lead the Senior Relations Specialists Team in the LATAM Region.

  • As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive technical and procedural knowledge across the region, handling complex customer escalations and advising the team on approach when handling cases.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role with expertise in leading teams in an international environment.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to understand business impact of decisions.
  • Knowledge of LATAM consumer law organizations and regulations.

To thrive in this position, you must be able to analyze data, connect with stakeholders, and advise on adjustments as needed.

Additional responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting regular stakeholder satisfaction meetings to gauge performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  2. Creating a safe and open work environment where constructive feedback is encouraged.

  • Minimum 3 year's relevant experience in a similar Team Leader position.
