Your MissionAs a trusted advisor, serve clients by helping them optimize operations and solve complex packaging challenges through tailored automation solutions.
Responsibilities- Reside in Pennsylvania and travel to meet with customers to drive significant growth through consistent outbound prospecting and daily prospecting activities.
- Identify, target, and engage new prospects using cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and boots-on-the-ground visits to build and grow a healthy pipeline.
- Present and demonstrate technical products and systems on-site to decision-makers and engineers.
- Analyze customer operations to deliver customized, high-performance packaging systems involving packaging equipment, industrial printers, and automation machinery.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to configure systems.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with transparency and value in mind.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer site visits to promote solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and sales reporting.
- Provide post-sale support, including system training, troubleshooting, and long-term service solutions.
- Proven track record of cold calling and outbound prospecting success.
- Bachelor's degree or technical background in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience selling packaging equipment, industrial machinery, or automation systems.
- Strong knowledge of packaging system configurations, industrial printing technologies, and production line integration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for winning new business and consistently exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Residence in Pennsylvania and willingness to travel within the territory.
- CRM proficiency; CAD experience is a strong plus.
