Job Description

As a System Administrator, you will provide high-value IT services and leverage our leading-edge technology portfolio. Your work has a direct impact on productivity by ensuring data integrity and access.

You will administer Unix and Linux server operating systems and associated hardware. Participate in building, upgrading, migrating, and updating servers.

Work with an Agile squad composed of professionals across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Unix and Linux server operating systems and associated hardware.

Required Technical Expertise

Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of network communication and server-client topology.
  • Skills in AIX, Solaris, and Linux Operating Systems (physical and virtual machines/VMware).
  • Knowledge in managing environments in Virtual I/O Server.
  • Shell Scripting skills.
  • Basic knowledge in Storage SAN.
  • Experience in Implementing and Administering servers with System Mirror PowerHA.
  • Advanced Performance Analysis and Troubleshooting.
  • Proactivity and organization.
  • Ability to communicate in English (reading and writing).
  • Collaborative and team work.
  • Clear and concise communication.
