Job Description


This role is responsible for increasing market share and ensuring profitable growth through sales of truck tires in the Mato Grosso region. The selected candidate will work closely with dealers and fleets to achieve sales targets and provide support to ensure successful sales operations.



Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze sales statistics in the region to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales volume and profitability.
  • Visit customers regularly to provide technical support, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and product performance.
  • Collaborate with the Continental Pricing department to ensure accurate pricing and stay informed about market trends.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Provide training and support to dealers and fleets to improve their sales capabilities and technical knowledge.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market prices and competitor activity to ensure Continental maintains a competitive position in the market.
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals to customers, ensuring they meet Continental's standards and requirements.
  • Support dealers and fleets in implementing Continental's standards and best practices in sales operations.
  • Strengthen relationships with customers, dealers, and fleet operators to ensure long-term business success.


Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of tires and sales operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven sales experience in the tire industry.
  • English language skills (desirable).
  • Ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer systems and software.
  • Graduation in a relevant field (desirable).
