TTSS - Technical Tire Sales Specialist (Region Mato Grosso - MT)

Responsible for sales (Truck Tires) with target to increase market share and ensuring profitable growth, offering support to dealers and fleets (direct sales), working in a designed region (micro regions/territory).
- Follow up results monthly (Sales Statistic - MicroRegion X Customer).
- Implement corrective actions and/or improvements for customers facing problems (sales volume, quality, financial outcome, POS organization, etc.) through constant visits.
- Analyze opening/closing accounts and conduct technical analysis of products in dealers and fleets.
- Input all complained tires in ContiFar and ensure complete documentation for accounting opening.
- Maintain communication with end customers in specific situations (overdue, need for additional documentation, etc.).
- Follow up on tire deliveries and monitor training requests for dealers and fleets.
- Build technical capacity within the dealers' sales team and monitor dealer orders to reach targets.
- Analyze each client's needs to improve quality and volume of purchases.
- Monitor market prices for better positioning and ensure a balance between sales volume and sell-in prices.
- Track the processing of requests and volumes, along with monthly results.
- Prepare commercial proposals and constantly monitor customers during visits and gather market information.
- Request and follow up on the submission of required documents for credit limit adequacy.
- Plan the credit limit for each client to ensure desired growth by Continental in each region.
- Track and monitor accruals.
- Support dealers with actions under Continental standards, including guidance on POS organization and use of promotional materials when necessary.
- Conduct market research and keep the Continental Pricing department informed about prices.
- Work on feedback with dealers and the Continental team.
This position is for:
Mato Grosso/MT (Norte do estado).

Qualificações- Tires knowledge.
- Computer system knowledge (SAP, Office).
- Graduation completed.
- Sales ability.
- English (desirable).
- Experience in sales or a similar professional field.
- Result-driven position or proof of success.
- Self-leading ability and proof of previous success.
- Able to deal with international aspects of Conti.
