Job Title: Site Access and Security Lead

The Site Access and Security Lead plays a vital role in ensuring seamless access to sites across various teams and locations.

This involves collaborating with site owners to resolve any issues related to access, including locked gates, broken doors, or other obstacles that hinder access.

The lead must manage the process for gaining access to sites, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Site Access Process: Coordinate the process for accessing sites, maintain accurate records, and oversee logistics.
  • Share Knowledge: Provide clear information and training to help others understand how site access works.
  • Collaborate with Site Owners: Build good relationships and resolve access issues like locked gates or broken doors.
  • Manage Portals: Oversee online portals used by site owners to manage access.
  • Control Access Lists: Track and update who has permanent access to each site.
  • Handle Keys: Record storage and distribution of physical keys.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in site access management, facilities administration, security coordination, or similar role.
  • Upper-intermediate English skills (B2 or higher) for clear communication.
  • Strong understanding of access control procedures, including key management and access list administration.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
